Manila, Philippines — As autonomous AI agents continue expanding into enterprise workflows, a Filipino-built solution demonstrated how payments can become part of that evolution.
Sniffy, an AI-powered platform that enables AI agents to autonomously pay for and access App Store Optimization (ASO) data, was named the grand champion of Morph’s Build In! Payments Hackathon, which challenged developers to build practical payment solutions for real-world applications.
Designed for founders and product teams, the platform embeds ASO research directly into agentic workflows, replacing manual dashboard monitoring with autonomous data access that helps improve app discoverability across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Morph organized the multi-week competition alongside Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth initiative and DvCode Technologies Inc., inviting participants to build payment innovations under five specialized tracks: Cross-Border Remittance, SME Payments, Payroll/B2B, FX Treasury, and x402 Agentic Payments.
Other winners included Mandate402 for x402 Agentic Payments, Centrus Sovereign for Cross-Border Remittance, Ember for SME Payments, PayMemo for Payroll/B2B, Agent Mesh for the Community Choice Award, and Echo for the Blockchain4Youth Award.
Collectively, the projects illustrated how developers are applying AI and blockchain technologies to solve practical financial challenges while strengthening the country’s expanding Web3 ecosystem.
Participants competed for a 3,500 USDC prize pool before presenting their solutions during the program’s awarding ceremony at YSpaces BGC in Taguig City.
The hackathon also introduced participants to Morph’s technology and developer ecosystem while reinforcing a broader vision centered on collaboration, innovation, and builder education.

The program featured Eli Rabadon, CEO of DvCode Technologies Inc. and author of Programming4Youth: Code Like a Cook, who encouraged builders to embrace experimentation, adaptability, and creative problem-solving.
