The company is also emphasizing the regulatory structure behind FollowBet. The platform operates under the license and regulation of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), with livestream content monitoring and broadcast guidelines. It also has Know-Your-Customer identity verification, data protection measures, and built-in responsible gaming controls.
